Walter, I do not know where you are hearing things or where you are getting your information, but my son Bo Schuh was never held back. Bo is an honor student who takes advanved placement courses and scored a 28 on the ACT at the end of his freshman year. He was born mid July 1996. Due to being born mid July, his mother and I had a choice on which yerar to start him in school and we are very happy with our decision.
