  1. Gallatin outlasts Eminence in Warsaw for their first win of the season.
  2. Any clue if they pressed? If so, how long was it on?
  3. Walton has one their 4 games by an average of 22.5 points. This is including a 2 point win against #10 Evangel Christian. Not including that win, they have won their 3 other games by an average of 29 points. While doing this, they have averaged 93 points.
  4. Walton stays hot to begin the season with another blowout win. Walton started off the game with an early lead, and never looked back. Gallatin made a small run in the second quarter cutting it to 9 at half, but couldn't keep up in the second. Bearcats improve to 4-0 on the season, and the Wildcats fall to 0-3.
  5. Very big win for WV. This team can definitely score the ball.
  6. @ColonelMike Great write up as always! Some takeaways: Oldham County at the 5 spot seems like it’s the lowest pre-season ranking for them in a while. The 31st seems to be the weakest it has been in a long time, can any other team compete with Owen? The 32nd could be the most fun district in the region. Walton and Grant are the obvious front runners IMO, but SK has some talent and could make some noise, but the sleeper is Williamstown. They have some athletes, and could make a couple of these district games tight. Looking forward to a fun season!
  7. I recall them having a pretty good duo in 2016-17 with Fox and Stanley, but other than that it has been a while since they were competitive. I could see them competing in some games that they aren’t supposed to this year.
  8. Mccrear is a tremendous athlete, but struggles to score against high schoolers. Don’t see him doing too well against college bodies his size.
  9. Strength is not an issue for Teagan, he is plenty strong right now. You are correct, he does handle the ball better than Carson, and shoots better from the perimeter. But, he is going to need to become a better shooter from the perimeter, because he is going to be a wing/guard at the college level. He is not going to be a post player, where he scores 90% of his points in high-school. I should also add that I think he is a very good athlete, and jumps very well. If he learns to use that athleticism to shoot jumpers over people from 15-20 ft, he will have a very good college career as a guard/wing. I say this purely from a analytical standpoint, I actually want to see the kid do well.
  10. As Teagan is currently, his game will not translate as well to next level as Carson’s did.
  11. Sure missed you! Hope everything is well and welcome back!!!
  12. It’s been multiple weeks since any 8th region rankings have came out. @ColonelMike ?????
