  1. Total narcist, playing like crap so he announces retirement early in the season to distract from how bad he's playing. Oh yeah, and by the way he gets attention the rest of the season...Brilliant move!!!
  2. yeah, a couple of years as an assistant coach at the high school level doesn't qualify you to be head coach in college.
  3. That's not uncommon. Position coaches are usually the ones liked most by players because that's who they spend most of their time with. Head coaches are usually least liked by players because head coaches don't have luxury of forming relationships with 100+ players. When Hood was at EKU as a DB coach everyone liked and respected him and a large majority didn't like Roy Kidd.
  4. John L Smith his offensive coordinator Dean Hood his defensive coordinator
  5. This is true. So what's the excuse now? According to many, stoops has more talent than recent years and playing in a weaker SEC East that we have seen in years and still can't get to get to 6 wins.
  6. Why? he has more talent that any coach has had here in years. Joker was fired in 3 years.
  7. An offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator
  8. I'm not sure I would agree with that. I think Brooks left once he saw the talent was running thin.
  9. It's hard to compare the two considering joker had already been in the program for 8 years berfore taking over for Brooks. If I'm not mistaken Joker was the recruiting coordinator for Brooks when they had two 8 wins seasons.
  10. Recruiting is always better the first few years when a new coach comes in. The SEC east is weak right now compared to past years.
  11. And get beat down game after game? Just because you may play immediately isn't always a good thing. Alot of these kids aren't ready to play but have been thrown to the wolves.
