No, officiating did not change the outcome of this game. The refs did have a rough game, but it went both ways. On the play referred to in the Guru's original question, forward progress had clearly been stopped and the whistle was being blown as the ball was knocked out. Yes, my vantage point was that good.....

For a school the size of Henderson Co, an awful lot of kids were playing on both sides of the ball. They ran out of gas.... I would say the pick in the 3rd quarter when they were moving the ball completely changed the flow of the game.

Tremendous work ethic to walk on at a SEC program & earn a starting opportunity. Now he needs to step it up a notch as UK's competition gets a little better after UT-Martin & Ohio U. Best Wishes Cole!

Cincinnati, especially GCL football is a different world. Every few years the best of NKY could play with the better Cincy teams. It is rare. It would be just as rare that a NKY kid would be able to secure a starting spot on a roster like the Crusaders this year.

I read on BGP one time that Clyde has a striking resemblance to Denzel Washington. Denzel should feel blessed.

Not impressed with him. He does make plays, but is a loose cannon. I don't think he stays healthy in the NFL.

I'm pretty sure Peyton Manning has won a Super Bowl & played in 2 others. I'd say he has won a few "Big" games along the way. There were 30 other starting QB's that wish they had won a "Big" game this year.
