Yup.. without making a 3 team District there really is no solution that doesn't give another team the shaft even worse than Berea. The only District that makes sense is for them to join in witht he Southern KY guys (Williamsburg, Lynn Camp, etc).. but once again you can't do it without shuffling someone else completely out of the way

    1. Trinity- The trendy/hipster thing to do is to pick against them. I mean the Rocks have to stop winning at some point? Sure you can do that.. but history suggests you would be picking wrong. 2. St. Xavier- Optimism will be high on Poplar Level Road and for good reason. A very good team returns with a new fearless leader. Kevin Wallace will win a Title in the next 5 years at St. X, my bold prediction, but not sure 2018 is the year it...

    1. Covington Catholic- The Colonels were a cut above the pack, capping off a 15-0 season and finishing as possibly the best team in KY. Kameron Butler and AJ Mayer are both massive losses, but the Colonels will still be very, very good. Casey McGinnis will thrive as the star. 2. Bowling Green- It is hard to consider 10-3 a down year for most programs, but for Bowling Green it has to be seen that way. Bowling Green will bring back a slew of...

    1. Franklin-Simpson- What a difference a year makes! The Wildcats atoned for a drubbing in the 2016 Finals and were the King of the Class. Tre Bass and Carlos McKinney will have big years and Franklin-Simpson should once again be a threat to play 15 games. 2. Johnson Central- The Golden Eagles reached their third straight 4A Championship game but fell short. Though JC replaces Mr. Do-It-All Blake Gamble, expect stud RB Joe Jackson to return...

    1. Beechwood- Yes, the Tigers lose a lot from their State Championship squad. Yes, they lose the tandem of Davis and Burch that accounted for almost all their Offense. With that said, the Tigers were on a whole new level in 1A and though the gap will close, expect them to still be the team to beat. 2. Raceland- The Rams peaked at the right time and finally got over the hump to reach the Finals after numerous solid teams. Raceland definitely...

    1. Boyle County- Rebels are absolutely stacked and may be on a different level than the rest of the class. Rebels have supreme athletes, experience, and a swagger that will be tough for any 3A team to contend with. 2. Central- The Yellowjackets have several key play makers back and will be a tough test for anyone not named Boyle. The Yellowjacket run game will be hard to handle for sure and they still have playmakers on Defense. 3. Belfry-...

Let's stir the pot this off-season a bit shall we? 1. Mayfield- The Cards were steady all of last season and returns a very solid core of talent from the State Runner-Up squad. 2. CAL- The Centurions have a top tier player and plenty to surround him with. Can the Offense find some stability? 3. DeSales- The Colts lost a strong Senior Class that ahd them 12-0 and thinking about a Final birth... will they be able to reload? 4....
