Which puts him out sight. Out sight, out of mind. Wouldn't have nearly the same visibility or impact. Which means it really wouldn't be a protest.

Looks like Fulcher quit yesterday due to "differences that couldn't be resolved". I know they were winless in their first two seasons. Wonder what exactly led him to quitting. David Fulcher out as head football coach at CCU - Cincinnati News, Weather, Sports from FOX19 NOW-WXIX

They are winless since starting the program 2 years ago. Looks like it was announced yesterday that David Fulcher is no longer the Head Coach.

Hitting over .400 in the 5 games he's played in. Already equaled last years RBI total in 114 less plate appearances. It's good to see him having success at that plate.

It to mention it would seem like it would be way to difficult for another person to somehow get him into the van, get in the van with him and then somehow both of them get into a position in order to make this happen. Foul play makes an already crazy story, even crazier.

I assume it could be any Catholic school in Campbell County. Public school kids (which the only one is Campbell County Middle School), would not be able to play for either NCC or Brossart. I believe that's how it was set up when NCC was in the league previously with Brossart.

New Cath will be playing in the NKMSAA and should be drawing kids from any parish school that feeds to NCC. Brossart does have a team in the NKMSAA.

Finally made it to Knockback Nat's last night, as the wife was in the mood for wings. The place was packed, but we got the food quickly. Nice, smokey, meaty wings. Reminded me I need to replace my smoker so I can get back to smoking stuff, especially wings.

Again, chatter is fine. Cheering is fine. Stuff done strictly to distract, annoy, or bother the other team, is the problem. And for what it's worth, I hate that stuff in basketball games as well. Rowdy cheering is fine. The other junk is tasteless.

I’m not a big fan of intentionally obnoxious chatter as is being described by the original poster. Especially if it is completely unrelated to the game, or if it becomes personal. That being said, doing your job...throwing strikes, making the plays on defense, hitting the baseball etc., tends to shut that stuff down pretty quickly.

I watched it, and loved it. I was a big WWF fan in the 80’s, and Andre was always a mythical figure. The few times you’d see him on TV, it was a big deal. And his feud with Hulk was completely believable, and a great storyline. It was neat seeing the old stuff from his younger days. And I had no idea he had a daughter. I can’t imagine living a life where you simply cannot get away from being noticed.

He won’t have any trouble getting a job. Big receiver, on the right side of 30 years old. Something more than a few teams need.

The public schools would take them. They'd have to. There are many areas, especially in rural locations, where private school simply isn't an option, and all kids are in public schools.

Yep. And there is no right way. I personally wouldn't trade my kids experience (or mine for that matter) at a public school for the chance for them to attend any private school in the world. There are issues and problems regardless of whether you choose public or private. And it's great that people do have choices. Not everybody has the choice though. I'll continue to stand up for the teachers, out of respect for the ones that helped shape...

Let's also not downplay teachers, and the important role they play in everyone's life. And that's what seems to be the common theme....the belief that teachers are easily replaceable, or are already overpaid for what they do, and should just drop their protest and get back to work.

People don’t chose teaching for the money. And I’d say that’s true for many professions, especially those on the social services side. People will work in areas and fields that they enjoy and are satisfying to them. But people aren’t going to do it for free either.

Iím well aware of the difference in pay and retirement for private school teachers. My wife taught in a private school for a half decade, and continued to sub for the Diocese of Covington for almost 10 more years. And my daughter will be entering the teaching profession after her graduation in May. I can assure you, itís not about the money for most. As far as your contribution, thanks. As they say, it takes a village. Regardless of...

And the education my 3 kids received through the public school system was excellent and worth every penny as well. Public school education is often not a possibility for many families for many reasons. Location, transportation, finances, etc. Cutting funding to public schools and making it more difficult to attract teachers into the profession will have a severe impact on public schools ability to educate those who do not wish to or unable to...

Did you have the real recipe, or a stripped down version that is legal in the US?? Either way, I'm not sure leaving out a few elements would make it any better.

Many banks do charge customers who make large cash deposits. I think most places, the first $10k is free. After that, they'll charge you a certain percentage. The few times I've encountered it, the fee was around .20/$100 over $10k. Not horribly expensive, but a charge nonetheless. The fee is due to the extra work and reporting involved in handling large sums of cash.

We use Huntington for some personal as well as my wife’s business account. While it sounds like your deposits are much larger than ours (ours are typically under $5k), the longest we have to wait is 48 hours for a check to clear.

There’s probably plenty of blame to spread around for enabling him. And I know his dad takes a lot of heat and criticism for Zeke and his troubles. But sometimes troubled people have great parents and great people can come from terrible parents. Zeke’s dad isn’t always the most outgoing and social person around, but my son absolutely loved playing for him, and he’s great with kids. And for what it’s worth, Zeke was alway great with the...

A cash deposit not available for 5-7 days? Who on earth are you banking with? One of my banks makes mobile check deposits available within an hour. And even after hour cash deposits into the ATM are immediately available at another bank I use. The longest wait we have for any deposit is 48 hours for the large checks ($2-$3k) from one of my wife’s clients that’s based out of state, that are deposited in her business account. To make you wait...

I've kept the scruff look since January of 2017. I never let it get more than 1/4 or so, and keep it shaped. I usually trim it back using a 0 clipper guide about every 10 days or so. I did recently shave it back in mid February, I've grown to like the scruff look, immediately let it grow back. I'm not a fan of big or long beards, as it's just too much maintenance. My wife wasn't a fan initially, but I think she's now on board with the look....
