  1. I said their secondary is bad. That doesn't exclusively include DB's (can include a multitude of things). This could include responsibility across the board (also constructive criticism is a thing, you can't just sugarcoat everything to improve). I seriously do not see how I'm in the wrong in stating that, but alright. Many people have over the course of the season, not just myself, even on here. But I'll drop it here.
  2. Again, like I said previously. I stated a fact, not ripping them or any particular individual. Anyone who would watch this team would say the same.
  3. Just an observation of the unit as a whole. Not knocking kids by any means. Just been a constant issue all year, continues to plague them.
  4. NCC's secondary is awful. Can't ever remember it this bad.
  5. He's obviously watched multiple games, as he said. I tend to agree with him on his analysis as well. And I believe he is a Colerain fan if I'm correct.
  6. Are you talking when Brady Hightchew got hurt in the BW game? It wasn't anything that serious. He was just out the second half with cramps I believe. He played the HC game, which NCC lost as well.
  7. If we're going to be honest, there are probably "paper classes" at just about every college (targeted for athletes). Although they probably do exist, they're not nearly to the level of the UNC AFRI major/classes. With all things considered, Uconn was banned from the postseason for low APR schools. If the NCAA is going to be consistent to their "academics/student-athlete first model" this should be much worse. Here's an article on Mark Emmert's reaction. Don't know how he's exactly "surprised and disturbed" this info's been out for a pretty long period. Mark Emmert, NCAA president calls North Carolina report troubling - ESPN
  8. That was a simple statement to understand. Brentwood defeated McCallie by 23. Bowling Green defeated McCallie 40-36.
  9. So you hand pick seasons Moeller went 5-5 and 6-5 for your example(s). Ok. How about St X. defeating Prattvile (AL) in the 2008 season. Prattville's only loss, and they were ranked ninth nationally. St. X defeated prestigious Don Bosco Prep (NJ) that year as well. In 2013 St. X defeated Brentwood Academy (TN) 23-0. That same Brentwood team defeated a McCallie team that BG struggled with by 23. So let's think about that first.
  10. Ole Miss Senior QB Bo Wallace's stats against LSU: 14-33 176 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT. 91 QBR, Wallace's lowest of the season. With all that said, Wallace also made quite a few bad decisions last night. All I'm saying is that the best way to judge Towles as a sophomore might not be against a VERY good LSU pass defense.
  11. Wow. 11-1 thus far in the poll. I think this game's really going to open some eyes.
  12. I'd have to argue one of the best rivalry games in KY, period. These game's are always close, full of emotion, and fun to watch. If someone hasn't seen this rivalry before, I highly advise them to check it out.
  13. If as in south you mean Alabama, Florida, and primarily South Carolina (southeast, let's exclude Texas) then sure. Louisiana's solid as well, but Ohio's better than probably Alabama and South Carolina in my opinion (backed up statistically pretty well.) Most years, I'd put Texas, Florida, and Ohio in the same league. Crazy atmosphere, stud athletes, not much more you can ask for.
  14. Interesting intel GT. Especially with every other recruiting expert jumping on the St. John's bandwagon for Briscoe. Is this source typically right?
  15. Seems a little unfair. Same scenario with Notre Dame. They should've beat Florida St (both road games). Undeniably, Alabama's resume is much better than Notre Dame's as well.
