  1. I would think all games will be at Davis, I don’t see everything being done with that kind of time needed to be.
  2. Can’t wait for the 2024 football season to get on its way! I believe that Dayton should have reasons to be excited about the season. Last season didn’t finish as strong as the 2022 season, but they still won a playoff game. They return some talent from last year’s team and have some new faces who should contribute fairly well. Once I have more information about this, I’ll share. As far as the new stadium is concerned, I know that the official groundbreaking being done by the school is scheduled for Friday, 4/29/24. I know that Greendevil Lane will no longer be used once the project is completed to drive on like previously. Once I have better pictures, I’ll upload onto here. I know that Davis Field gets at least one more season for the one coming. If anyone is interested in catching a game from a neat old stadium, this might be the last one to do so. As I get more information, I’ll post on here.
  3. I think that this was a good decision by UK. Whether things take time or not, this was a good choice in my opinion. It’s about being open to new things and change, which is more important now than ever and will remain a constant. I know different people were hoping for a bigger and more accomplished coach, but they aren’t as about the changes, particularly those who have been out of college basketball.
  4. I’m going to say the 1990’s and 2000-2010. I believe that the nineties were great for the fans and crowds. Everywhere I watched or played was filled full of people. Even though the crowds started declining between 2000-2010, there was a lot seen offensively and other changes that took place. Of course changes have continued since 2010, but the two times I mentioned were my personal favorites.
  5. I wasn’t sure specifically when or on what play, but it really did seem like Edey threw in the towel.
  6. I think that’s what makes them even better. Many players and teams need to figure this out more.
  7. I figured that UConn was going to repeat, which is very hard to do and even more so now than ever before. The Huskies really impressed me on both sides of the ball. Their winning record outside of the Big East has been amazing and obviously not so bad within it.
  8. No idea why Purdue hasn’t tried playing zone defense. Would have probably been their best chance.
  9. Don’t know if it’s just me but I think Edey is starting to wear out. The game has gotten to more of an advantage for UConn as the game has gone on.
  10. Purdue has played a pretty good game so far, but I think the more it stays at a faster pace that they might struggle more.
  11. Edey is the best player on the floor at this point. I still think the rest of UConn is better than Purdue’s rest outside of Edey. If Edey becomes more limited with touches, I can see this getting further away for Purdue more easily.
  12. I agree totally about the changes and him not being suitable for Kentucky. I just don’t see the jump from Lexington to Arkansas making much, if any difference for him.
  13. If I was UK and if it was possible, I’d want Jay Wright above and beyond anyone.
  14. Even though I’m not a fan, I’ve wished them success outside of Louisville. Personally, I don’t see how the move is beneficial for him leaving Kentucky to go to Arkansas. I may be wrong, but don’t see it. I know that many UK fans are happy about it though.
  15. I truly believed it was his time to go but I didn’t think it would happen this quickly.
