  1. I agree with you about the chaos, that’s been the most stressful part of it to me too.
  2. I like the hire in ways and others not as sure. I believe that his energy is definitely a strong point and something very needed with how far the program has fallen. He’s definitely got an impressive resume from his time in Charleston, but that’s also the question with the three years there as head coach and other experience. I will say I’m happier about getting Pat Kelsey over Richard Pitino. Only time will tell with what comes.
  3. The Big East should have brought at least one more team likely. The three teams that it did are good, I expected all of them in the Sweet Sixteen. The ACC is clearly the surprise, they did far more than anyone expected, including plenty ACC fans.
  4. It probably is. Regardless of what happens in the future, and that’s if there is one longer term, college basketball will NEVER be what it was once known as.
  5. Big win for Clemson! I didn’t think they would beat Baylor. Either way, the ACC has definitely come to play. I’m happy about how the teams have performed so far.
  6. Yes, I thought this was going to be closer.
  7. Purdue has been very impressive. Could we be seeing the same result as what happened with Virginia the year after their first round exit? Purdue looks much better to me than last year. I still believe that UConn is the team to beat overall, guess we will see.
  8. Personally, I’m glad he landed in Michigan instead of Louisville.
  9. NC State has been impressive since the start of the ACC tournament. I’m sure Jimmy V is smiling and happy from above.
  10. I’m glad Dusty May went to Michigan, didn’t really want him at Louisville.
  11. Didn’t expect Yale to win but whoever from the Ivy League makes it, they are usually a threat. The SEC has disappointed putting it mildly. I know Texas A&M won, but Tennessee definitely has the brightest light within the conference.
  12. Yes, this first round game is far different than last year’s.
  13. I know many UK fans don’t want to hear it but I think Cal remains. And I’m in agreement with college basketball being like it never has and the change is going to happen more. If we are being realistically honest, the coaching talent pool just isn’t what it once was. And if it was, I don’t know what good it would do overall between the majority of changes that have happened along with what’s still to come.
