I just got back in the country as I was gone on business all week. I could say I was being like you and avoid the thread when we lose but I'm better than that. Sounds like Conner took it to the Jag's so congrats to the players of Conner. See, that's not hard to do. :thumb: If Morris is out for the season, Cooper is basically done unless the backup got considerably better than he looked at the beginning of last year when they tried him there. Hope Morris will be ok.

You sure aren't talking now like you did pre-season. You will avoid this thread like the plague and IF Conner happens to win you will have 50 posts on that game. True colors coming out. Are you worried now that you are 3-2 and almost certain not to win the district AGAIN after saying you were State bound and Conner would roll through the district. For the second year in a row you were wrong. It may not be Cooper this year but it won't be Conner. Pre-season scrimmages and practices mean nothing!!

A lot of Cooper people would that don't buy into the hype from a discussion board. Cooper won last year and has more kids back from what I understand than Conner does. Cooper may not win but it's not an upset if they do. That was the thought before the season and now, I'm sure.

This game will be a tense one as it has become a great rivalry. I would like Cooper to win and shut the hype up but it wouldn't surprise me if either team won. The real game that matters is if they meet in the playoff's.

Where are the big Conner posters? I would like to hear what they think about the game. If they won they would have posted 30 times by now. What about the predictions of owning the district and how they are primed for state. They are either eating their crow or hoping they upset Cooper so they can post again. Man up and post when you lose as well. After this week you may have lost as much as you won.

We will hear the excuses from RE in the morning, I'm sure. After a loss it takes a while to finish the crow before the REAL reason for a loss. Let's see, there was the lightning delay (but for Conner only). There was probably a bad call somewhere or a TD called back (wait that was a Dixie TD called back before scoring again). I think Cooper wins but I don't think they win by 2 scores. Will be great atmosphere for sure.

Cov Cath will shut out Boone County. I say 28-0.

Cooper would not come close to Highlands, and I'm a Cooper fan!! I think Cov Cath would be very hard for Cooper to beat. They would be the favorite over the rest of the area.
