  1. Maybelle likes a whopper and thinks the King is cute. Peaches likes the Fish at Mickey D's. Junior likes spam and for me nothing like a six pac of Bud and a crave sack of 24 from Whiteys.
  2. Beef up? Theres only about 5 quality teams there dude. Some are names but like Highlands will be way down or lost a gang of several ya know.
  3. Maybelle thinks the Dead Period should be reversed where u have ONLY TWO weeks that you can play during the summer the rest your off. We'd have more time to jump in the Impala and ride baby ride. Maybelle likes to go to Renfro Valley and those Renersceance Festivals where they play Gladiators you know.
  4. How are the Lady Camels liking the new coach? is she an upgrade over Ballinger? Our Lady Royals are reayd to start their adventure
  5. He was a great Bass Fisherman and good ole boy. Maybelle and I will say prayers
  6. Resd this surprising turn of events http://www.winchestersun.com/stories/2010/07/08/loc.622028.sto
  7. LOL Hmmm there must be a full moon hanging over our buddy slemac or that big camel anchor fell and hit the boys head. 57-41 Brossart is what the coaches at Maysville are thinking,
  8. Well to stay atop the polls all year with the schedule those dudes played up there though was remarkable. Even maybelle was impressed and she played the game you know. They won a lot of big games and won the All A region I think. They won 28 or 29 games. If I read correctly in the Enquirer they had a big injury in the Conner game that cost them, the Walton game Maybelle and i saw it was kinda fluke. They lost a tough game to a team that went on to the semis and then had to turn around and play Walton. The thing is looking at schedules there is a case for all the dues to win or lose. Patti Oliversia at Ryle lost to St. Henry 4-2 but Brossart beat St. Henry, Ryle lost to Conner 6-1 so Oliversia wasn't that good. You can always when being negative pick out games and make your case or like some teams hunt for easy games to win a lot. The unfortunate thing was the two top teams in the 10th played the first game Clark and Brossart and an error made the difference. We saw that game as well, never miss a region game or all a state. Momma said about games like Scott "even a chicken with its head off can lay and egg once inawhile." hehe My vote for top coaching staffs are Clark, Brossart, and Montgomery because in the end the boys are always having a great year while many have retired or fired.
  9. Summer means little 10th Region should be a race between 5-6 in the reg region and Paris and Brossart in the All A
  10. Some of the coaches down here said Verst is awesome and that Brossart also got like a real good incoming freshmen from somewhere good also
  11. I hear they are all out. Maybe they can bring back Bradshaw
  12. Ninth only had two decent teams Conner and Ryle 10th had Clark, Brossart, Harrison, and Montgomery with Bracken as a spoiler. 8th had Henry Co. As far as Walton well kinda one year thing but they won't consistently play with the big boys. Ginn is a good hitter but not a pitcher that compares with Haggerd, Miller, and the two young ladies from Conner and Ryle. Her appeal is her hitting. She hits almost as good as peaches dreams of ya know
  13. This is like watchin that ten overtime World Cup Tie soccer thingee it never ends
  14. Scott getting any Cincinnati transfers this year?
  15. Well we down here in Maysville inflate our stats just to get girls hitting .100 ya know hehe. Everyone does something different or sees it different. I bet a lot of guys that post here about stats haven't seen a game in years ya know. We see about 75 games a year. Maybelle used to play the game you know the slow game but softball is softball. You pitch it throw it catch it and sometimes like Maybelle you don't. Ya know though those top teams win and win and win some more. The bottom line is winning so congrats to Clark, Montgomery, Brossart and Harrison. They just have good coaches and win and win and win. There are always bumps in a long season. Sometimes as Maybelle says a fly sits in the soup so Walton won a couple of games but the 10th was pretty rocking this year. Geeez it was a good year
