Holy Cross repeats as 35th district champs in a close one.

Hope they don't have to turn on the lights at Meinken!!!

Tough to change time of the Mass because of the involvement of the clergy. I remember back in 1997, because of rain some of the Holy Cross seniors were going to have decide if they were going to Graduation or a regional game.

With #1 Holy Cross playing #2 Cov Cath and #4 Ryle playing #8 Conner in the first round of the districts, two very good teams are not going to make it to the regional tournament. That makes it a very wide open 9th region Championship!!

Just an observation, maybe not a Lex Cath quality of schedule but as Voice of Reason stated, there are some quality wins.

Covington Holy Cross is playing very well, 12 wins in a row, 15 of last 16, 18 - 4 overall. Glad to see they received some votes this week

Dixie is scheduled to play Holy Cross tomorrow at Dixie. Should be a dandy!!!

Will be determined with the conclusion of the suspended game between Holy Cross and Beechwood on Monday, 5/16. I believe the winner gets Holmes, the loser plays CCH. Correct me if I'm wrong BBNUT

He is and will be a big-time baseball player. His approach and knowledge of the game is unreal. Been around high school baseball since 1994 and he is one of the best I've seen. Nice to have him in the Holy Cross program along with "CC" (Conner Callery)!!!!!

Both know the game, they've been taught well.
