  1. This is a forum and everyone is intitled to their opinion. If it upsets you don't read what everyone has to say!
  2. Refs are always blamed when Ryle loses! Boone didn't blame the refs when they lost by 10 to Ryle in the regular season. The big difference in both Ryle and Boone are the coaching staff! Ryle has alot of good players but does not have the coaching staff to take them to the BIG SHOW! The players at Ryle will regroup and come to play at NKU; however they won't be going to the Sweet 16!
  3. This game will be very close. If all the players on both teams are playing to their potential, I will take Boone by two! I feel the coaching will make the difference and I will go with more experience!
  4. Boone county by a 2 to 3 points. Both teams have tons of talent so it will come down to coaching and I think Boone will come out on top!
  5. I have not seen her play. Is she better than Sydney Moss from Boone County?
  6. We will pray everyday until Caleb is out of the hospital. Please keep us updated, from Northern Kentucky!
  7. Missing link for the team this year is the point guard. If they can find someone to fill Sandliln's shoes from last year, they will be making another trip to the Sweet 16! No one is going to be able to stop/control Moss. Too much of a dominate player on both ends of the floor. I could actually see Moss at point then then hustle to the 3/4 spot. Whats everyone think!!!
  8. Congrat's Lauren, Marguette will receive a GREAT ATHELETE BUT ESPECIALLY AN OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUAL!
  9. My daughter had purchased one and she swears by it! She is a freshman in college playing basketball. I don't believe it works and really think it is a scam.
  10. The coaches daughter was talented enough to play, but not interested. Both players were point guards with two different styles of play. I wouldn't even say one was alot better than the other, they both had great skills but the coaches daughter got away with everything and with no discipline for talking back to the coach. I never complained or said anything to the coach (I wanted too but my daughter didn't want me too and she delt with the situation very well) other parents did but it didn't matter because he wanted his daughter to play more than she did! The point I am trying to make is why would a coach bring her to the team and not give her playing time!!! The AAU team she played on the summer before, she was a starting player and if I saw this coming, she would have stayed where she was at!
  11. Well that was not my experience with an AAU team my daughter played on the summer of her junior year. It is funny because the coach asked my daughter to switch to his AAU team. The coach played his daughter who played the same position as my daughter and only played my daughter a few minutes a game. My daughter was really glad when that season was over and she felt the coach did not like her as a player or a person. Now my daughter has graduated and going to play college ball, the funny thing is that the coach's daughter is not even playing basketball in college!!!.
  12. I was at the game and I was very disappointed that alot of girls did not play. They had to mix the girls so they could have 9 girls on east team and 10 on west team. I did not notice anyone with a video camera or anyone from any local newspaper. The west team won; Heather Sandlin/Boone was MVP and Deaven Besley/Connor was Miss Hustle and on the east team; Becah Towles/Highlands was MVP and Katie Allen/Highlands was Miss Hustle. The game was close all the way to the end.
  13. You missed two great games! Kentucky played great team ball against all Indiana's D1 players!
  14. Well you wondered wrong on this one! Ky. went 1 and 1 with Indiana! This group of girls played very well together and never gave up! Indiana had practically all D1 players and Kentucky had a select few! Sometimes its not just true talent that wins games, its team work!
