  1. They made an announcement at the high school that the visitation would be at the Christian Church in So. Shore.
  2. We too are saddened for the Meenach family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.. May God give you the peace that passes all understanding, that only he can give..
  3. I've been to almost every Greenup game home and away this season and GC by far has the worst pep section! Even the visiting team bring a better pep section. Last night at BC, despite having a losing season, their pep section was huge and rowdy!! This being said, I challenge the GC pep section in the few remaining games to show up and make some "Musketeer" noise!!! Don't let a small section of about 6-10 parents be the only pep section we have. That's right I'm calling you out!!!!!:ylsuper:
  4. Any thoughts on GC transfer Rister starting at QB for the Rams in 09'? IMO he's a great athelete and will help the Rams offense that lost so many seniors.
  5. I'll take GC by 12 if they get the ball inside to the bigs!
  6. No matter who we get there's a lot of young talent coming up: Lyle, Rister, Kitchen, Grayson, Crum, Waugh, Meenach and several of the other freshman looked good. Good luck to whoever gets the job, you'll have our support. Go Muskies!!
  7. Elliot @ Greenup is cancelled. Elliot was afraid the roads would get bad tonight.
  8. :flame::devil: Always love "Torchin'" the devils!!! Imo Craft isn't starting because Prater plays a little quicker and better defense. Nothing against Craft he's a good player that's just my opinion.
  9. Got up early Sunday morning and took the boys out on the river. The fish were chasing bait everywhere. We were throwing top water, spinner baits, crank baits, and rubber worms, without a bite. We noticed the bait the fish were feeding on were only about a 3/4 of an inch to an inch long. So we down-sized our baits to 1/8 ounce white rooster tail and white beetle spins. We managed to catch four keepers, several short fish, and seven or eight white bass. Fishing is slow but if you down-size your presentation you can scratch out a few fish.
  10. K.C. Twitcher better known as Whitie. It's a hand-made, balsa, bait with a prop on the back. It's by far the best top water bait I've ever used. It catches tons of fish everywhere I've used it. It's an Ohio River killer! I've won lots of money with it and the only place to buy them are @ the Tackle Box in Ironton, for about $9.00. Probably shouldn't have let my secret out!
  11. Racer4life is correct, Fraley's got it. Congratulations Tim and good luck. I was pullin' for you!!!!:ylsuper:
  12. It doesn't matter what is said, who we think would be right for the job, or any other thought you or I may have, the administration is going to hire who they choose! (Unless they get that court order.) Which IMO we would have had a great program if they'd have left Coach Hicks alone. I mean just look at where he took our boys to in 05-06 and the start of the 06-07 year before he was unjustly fired. He had a great thing going and some just couldn't have that now could they. Anyway, that's just my thoughts. I'd love to see Coach Hicks take the job back when they're givin' that order.
