  1. No, the team lost. I don't know why you chose not to answer the question. Wait a minute, yes I do. Young Mr. Rayburn is going to be a good ballplayer if he is any relation to Brandi . Congrats to Elliott on the win. Those Faulkner boys are really tough.
  2. You don't have to look to try and find me. I'm here. I stand by my earlier post. LCA will win this game. Raceland still isn't ready to take it to the next level. In case I'm wrong I do hope she knows some new recipies for crow because I believe I've already tried them all.
  3. You said " The audacity of some people who think Raceland can't beat LCA". Well I am some of those people. So yes, you were talking about me. I've never seen a group of people so uptight, and to think that the LCA game isn't even till next week. I hope for your sake that you live close to KDMC. :scared:
  4. I'm not miserable at all. I'm very happy. I'm retired, and have enough of a nest egg saved up to enjoy life. You read way too much into stuff. I don't think Raceland will beat LCA. No more, no less. Ram was on here stating he was mad because Raceland doesn't get enough respect thru out the state. I gave him the reason why. I respect Raceland and what they have done. I stated that they have proven they are the best team in the Boyd/Greenup/ Carter Co. area, but to get that respect thru out the rest of the state they would have to advance further than the reg. final. I'm sure Coach Vanderhoof would agree. You obviously take things way too personally on here. Maybe you are the one who needs to take a step back, not take things so personally, and enjoy life.
  5. And you obviously haven't been paying much attention if you think Ashland is my team. :sssh::walk::walk::walk:
  6. I don't remember saying Ashland was done for the season, but that it was going to be another long year. I also was man enough to admit I was wrong after the Russell game. I will also admit I was wrong if Raceland beats LCA. I really don't know why you're using me as a source. I do believe this is a PREDICTION thread, not a factual truth of who is going to win thread. I'm sure I can go back, and dig up some post where you have been wrong. Will I also be able to find where you were man enough to admit you were wrong?
  7. You can get mad as you want, and be as mad as you want at me, but respect has to be earned, not given. I believe Raceland is respected as being the top team in the Ashland/Boyd/ Greenup counties, but that's about it. If you want to have the respect of the rest of the state then they need to get past the regionals. Trust me, I'm rooting for Raceland, but they need to clear that next hurdle to earn the respect around the whole state that you are hungry for.
  8. Comforting words? Do you really need to be comforted about a football game? If you do, then I'll run to Wal-Mart and buy you a security blanket for you to hold during the game. Hey, I would love to see Raceland win it all, but they need prove to me that they can take their program to the next level, and get past a regional final. Don't worry though, I'm sure all of the Ashland fans will be on here soon to post something that will be like being picked up, and patted on the back until you burp.
  9. I hate to be so blunt, but does it really matter? Whoever wins this game will get beat next week by LCA. I know the Rams beat them earlier in the year, but I feel they got lucky. There's no way that Raceland can beat LCA twice in one year. LCA is the better team, and will prove it next week. The BGP pollsters had it right at the beginning of the year when they had LCA ranked #1. Well I guess that's enough about next week. There were be plenty of time to talk about it starting late Friday night. My thoughts on this week. Raceland 38 Fairview 21
  10. How come you don't have the same love fest with Russell? I can sick of all the sloppy kisses between you guys as well. It's enough to make a grown man puke. Sorry about that. As far as my prediciton. Highlands 56 Ashland 6 Sorry Graybeard.:scared:
  11. Below is an e-mail I received yesterday. I found it very interesting, and somewhat scary. Personally, I find it very hard to accept for a couple of obvious reasons to me, but I thought it might make for some interesting conversation on here. I'd love to hear other poster's thoughts on the topic. OK, I'm going to pass this along, mainly just for your reading enjoyment. However, if this comes true (or, even if it doesn't!),......just better be ready, everybody!! I received this from a friend who knows Scott. beverly Scott Walkington experienced a life after death experience. We have talked with him on several occasions and he spoke at our church. When he speaks, he gives details that would be difficult to relate if this experience had not been real. Jesus gave Scott seven events that were to happen before the rapture.(1st Thes. 4:13-17; 5:1-4.) The following is Scott's thoughts on the past election. The fulfillment of the following will be the verification of whether Scott had a dream or his life after death experience was real. Whatever happens, this is definitely a time for Christians to pray for our families and our nation. -------- Dear friends in Christ, Before I start, let me make this statement ... I'm just a messenger, nothing more, nothing less. Many of you asked in the past year or so who might be elected the next president, based on the Seven Signs that Jesus gave me in my heaven experience. And I answered that Obama's campaign seemed to match many of the issues that Jesus promised in this next candidate. I would have liked to shared this prophecy back then, but I did not want it to look like a political advertisement. So I chose to write about this AFTER the election. I can also tell you that this presidential election based on my heaven experience is prophecy being fulfilled. We're just one more milestone closer to the rapture. Just remember...except for local elections, last Tuesday's election was the LAST presidential election we will ever experience before the rapture. There will be no more! Isn't that exciting? Here is what's yet to happen. 1. Coming in January (inaugeration) ... Due to a "problem", Obama will NOT be sworn in as the next president. He will never take that office. Why? I don't know. This is the missing piece to the puzzle. We must wait in anticipation to see whatever this "problem" might be. 2. Bush will be forced to extend his presidential term until this "problem" can be resolved. Remember, Jesus told me, "The president you know right now (meaning Bush) will be the last president you will know at the time of the rapture." 3. Violence will erupt within our nation due to this "problem". What might this be? Rioting? Demonstrations? Terrorism? We will wait and see. 4. Jesus told me, "Your troops will be brought home from around the world, but this does not mean peace." Then my minister, Rev. John Rice, (in heaven) said, "When this happens, stay off the airplanes, the trains and the interstate highways. If you must cross a river, use a less traveled bridge or a ferry. When driving, use as many backroads as possible." Then Jesus told me, "Your nation will need all the help it can get to defend itself." 5. World War III will erupt. All the nations will turn against this nation, blaming Bush for this "problem", but by the time the world realizes that Bush was not to blame, it will be too late. 6. Missiles will be dropped on cities on the east coast, then the west coast, making 9/11 look very minimal. 7. Then by the time we see missiles and fighter jets flying above us in all directions right here at home and you feel like it can't get any worse than this, that's when you know the rapture is about to take place. Our nation will lose this war badly. It will be the end of the United States. At this time the one world government and the antichrist will take over. All these things I learned from my heaven experience. Jesus also told me, "These are all in God's plan. As horrible as these events may seem, these events must happen in order for the rapture to take place. But you must fear not, for as you see these things happen, you must realize these are merely milestones as we get closer to the rapture. Just do your works as normally as you possibly can. Then when this time comes, I will call you and everyone else on My list, in the twinkle of My eye, just that fast." Let me finish by saying, I'm just a messenger, nothing more, nothing less. God bless, Scott
  12. I agree that Rowan County should be the hands down favorite to win the region. I think Ashland is a distant second, but I think the coaching talents of Bill Bradley will help make up the difference.
  13. Help me out here. Do I put you down as a yes, or no, as your answer to the question?
  14. Not so sure about that. II- He gets married III- Mickey dies IV- His good friend Apollo dies V- He loses everthing VI- His wife dies.:lol::lol:
  15. So you honeslty feel what S.H was doing to the Iraqi people was something that needed to be ignored?
