  1. I just wish all of these people would get off of his back. Look at the thread title for heaven sakes, its congratulating a kid who has made an outstanding accomplishment with many others and yet some of these people only are interested in finding the negatives. I dont understand why when a kid is representing the state of kentucky in a national high school all star game all everybody wants to do is critisize. How about we talk about the upside of Hopson. He is a heck of a player and a great kid.
  2. Oh lol, my bad.... I dont know what i was thinking. Mr. Quality was maybe one of the best golfer's in the state of KY and his mental game was just flawless. Too bad he got dq for being so good!
  3. In the 9th Madison Central was recently moved into this region just this year, and they could catch some people's attention. Stuart Witt, a sophomore, is a very nice golfer who has a nice future ahead of him in college, followed by Adam Herald;sophomore, and then Kyle Congelton a freshman.
  4. How can a player be rated #9 in the country (rivals) but yet not win Mr.Basketball in his own state. Hopson should win.
  5. 1.Olde Stone 2.Big Springs CC 3.Traditions 4.Eagles Landing, (Pigeon Forge,Tenn.) 5.Wassioto Winds
  6. I do agree with you here but can I ask you who these kids are? I have a couple in mind as well.
  7. Madison Central and UHA already played. It was barn burner and went down to the wire with UHA barely pulling away by hopson's dunks. (King Of The Bluegrass)
  8. Scott county was 29 for 29 from the free throw line with a minute left in ot and missed their first 2. They ended up shooting 29 of 31 and MC shot around 16 for 30 something.
  9. Ive played with Fred Allen Meyer as i am a golfer for mchs myself.... I would have to agree.... if he can just think his way around the course better he will be a force to be reckoned with when he's is older. Much potential!
  10. When the fourth quarter started Madison Central lead 60-40. The Flyers whittled the lead down gradually and with a minute left the Indians led 6. Franklin came down pump faked a three, jumped into and Indian, fell down, a foul was called. All three free throw attemps were good. Eventually overtime came, and was close the whole period. With 4.2 seconds #22 for Franklin hit a running floater over Aaron Morris that banked and went straight through. The Indians tried to get a run out but failed and Franklin wins by 1. Aaron Morris shot 12-26 from the line while the Indians were ruffly 26-57. ( or around that area.) Tough loss on the road. Congrats to the Flyers. Tough played game and never gave up.
  11. Ok we will see how he compares to Lofton then. Ill let his skills speak for himself. I just dont see how you can compare him to a player such as Lofton.
  12. So are you saying this kid should be recruited by a school as highly touted and as much tradition as uk?
