  1. Did I miss it somewhere, do we know the game times and dates for the weekend rounds? Someone help me out. Thanks.
  2. It was a nice article about how Ludlow has more wins this year already than they did last year. Hart just mentioned that he felt it was between Ludlow and Beechwood for the DIII title. After this score, I'm going with Beechwood.
  3. Guess the Ludlow coach shouldnt have given Beechwood that bulletin board material last week in the paper.
  4. Ha Ha Ha... no doubt the tigers will win.... I think it will be the ones from Beechwood. I'll say by 14.
  5. Is the voting after the state tourney? I think the only way Johnson wins is if Holmes gets back to the title game.
  6. I agree, this one is at dayton I believe, and knowing the history from last game and what is on the line in DIII, should come down to the final seconds. Pending the outcome of the Villa/Beechwood game on Wednesday, it could be winner takes the title. For Dayton, they know that a win guarantees them the title. I know a lot of people don't get into the whole DIII thing, but for these kids, it's a big deal, and its their chance to claim ownership of a title. If Beechwood was 100% healthy, I would take them. Unfortunately, I think they are still hurting, so, I'll predict a very close game, with the Senior leadership of Dayton barely pulling out the victory in a low scoring game. I'll say Dayton wins, 51-48.
  7. Have to give them credit for at least trying to man up. A lot of teams woln't do it.
  8. You are correct, but all of Bryans are from three years at Villa.
  9. Great win for Villa. This really shakes things up in DIII. With Beechwood playing Villa and Dayton next week, the DIII title is still up in the air. Beechwood can win the conference, Dayton can win conference, or, there can be a three way tie between Villa, Beechwood, and Dayton. Good stuff for those following the small schools!
  10. Bryan for Villa is about to hit 2,000. Pretty impressive considering he didn't go to school there his freshman year.
  11. Its tough though, that opening round game between St. Henry and Newport can change the entire tourney.
  12. Tough opening round game for St. Henry and Newport. New Cath has to play Villa then Holy Cross, I'm sure they would have liked things a little easier. Interesting to see Bellevue or Ludlow in the final 4 against probably New Cath. I'll say final 4 is Beechwood, Newport, Bellevue, and New Cath. Finals is the battle of Newport II. Winner? New Cath.
