Keep an eye on Blake Branham (QB at Pikeville). Looked very good early in the spring and 7 on 7. Will benefit in the spread offense being put in at Pikeville.

Mine would most definately be Breckinridge County. I would like to know some more about this team if someone knows about them. Where they are now? Their names? I vaguely remember a Critchalow (sp?) and Mattingly.

I would go back a few years more (I think 93 or 94) and take Breckinridge County over any of them! Best TEAM I have ever seen in the state tournament. Most talented was Fairdale with Jermaine Brown, Carlos Turner, and Maurice Morris. I know this isn't what the thread says but I had to throw it in.

If you watched the SV/Elliott game than you would know that it was clearly dominated in every aspect of the game by SV except for at the free throw line. If SV hits half of their free throws instead of missing their last 12, they win by 10+. I am not saying that Elliott can't beat them, but they sure didn't look like it on that night.
