Obviously the Litkenhous had this right, St. X and Trinity 1 an 2. And I'm sure they're as good advertised. That will be our 6A state championship again (Big Surprise). Not taking away from St. X and Trinity, 6A is boring if you aren't from those two schools. They are obviosly head and shoulders above the rest of Jefferson Co. and the state. Why don't they place their programs emphasis on the national scene rather than beating up on sub par instate competition only to recieve a watered down Kentucky State Championship. Any thoughts???

My mistake, I still would line the Falcon's up against anybody on the list small school or not.

1.)Bowling Green 2.)Ft. Campbell 3.)Daviess Co. 4.)Henderson Co. 5.)Warren East 6.)Franklin-Simpson 7.)Owensboro 8.)Hopkinsville 9.)Marshall Co. 10.)Graves Co. I based a lot about a teams schedule, who they beat and who they play week to week. Some schools were left off but this is the best 10 in my opinion. After seeing how Ft. Campbell and Bowling Green have played in the first 2 games how could you not put them 1 and 2 respectively...

Great Point!!! A coach must utilize his resources to be successful at what ever their situation may be. I believe every program at every level has the ability to be successful. That is why the right man for the job is easier said than done in most cases.

Realignment has helped Murray being in 2A but they still have a ways to go to solidify there place there.

I can still see Marshall making a respectable run in the playoffs next year. I don't know about another district title but I think we'll still see some good football.

Word is there will be moves from in house to fill Lawson's vacancy. From what I here they should be okay for a long time in that regard.

Where is Alan Williams from Marshall Co. going to play next season. He was one of the hightest regarded players in Western KY this year. Does anyone know if he's committed anywhere yet?? Just Curious....

War Memorial Stadium in Mayfield could be considered old and out dated but when its packed, you can't ask for a better atmosphere.

WC has made so big improvements in the last few years. Coach Perry needs a big win to propel the program to the next level. This may be the game to do it. GO COMMANDERS!!!!!!!!!!
