Went to St. Pat's fish fry in Taylor Mill this past Friday, waited in line an hour and 15 minutes. The fish was good, but I was not too impressed with the side items.

A girl at work told me that the Bakery Barn Closed, and I was in total shock. So, I called there, and there was a message on the phone that the business had closed, and was for sale. Honestly that ruined me day. In my opinion, it was the best bakery around northern Kentucky. Does anyone know why it closed? I still have not gotten over it.

Nice win by the Lady Colonels. I saw Scott play recently and I think they have 1 senior in the starting line up, and possibly on the team. I know they start 2 7th graders. Glad to see Tibbs had a nice game. Good for her.

Just curious does anyone know the roster for the Scott freshman team. I know they had a talented 8th grade class last year. Just curious to see if any of the 8th graders were playing on the freshman team this year. I know alot of the 8th graders that played last year were good enough to move up to the high school level, but chose to stay together as a team.

Kiki Brown graduated last year. And, yes it does take a team to win not 1 or 2 players.

No, Scott does not have a 8th grader dressing varsity. There is a 7th grader who dresses.

This was a great game to watch. Scott has a good team and is going to surprise some people this year.

Final. Hard fought game by the Lady Eagles. Nice team work, girls. Lauren Tibbs from Scott had 33 points, Bethany Pelle had 11, And Shelbi Benzinger had 8. There were a few other girls from Scott who scored, just not sure of their numbers. I am thinking that Katie Allen was the leading scorer for Highlands.
