Please someone tell me how Lex Cath can be ranked in the top 5. There not even the best team in Lexington. I would say they're the 5th best team in the region behind SC, BS, HC, MC. Novosel is not even the best player in the city so why does that make Catholic a legitiment top three team in the state??????

It's never sour grapes or hating on the kid, but I tell you if you ask any of the coaches in the lexington area would they have wanted the kid they would have said yes on basketball talent alone, but they would say no because of the father situation.

The main reason Ge-Lawn transferred is his father, period. his father felt like his son should have been the focal point of Henry Clays basketball team. He felt like his son was not geeting enough shots which was a stupid comment. The kid avg. more shots in the last 10 games than Vic Moses. He was third on the team in shots taken behind Moses and Boyd. Don't get me wrong Ge-lawn is a great kid but his dad is going to be his down fall. His dad was shooping the young man around, he had taken the kid down to Oak Hill for a tryout and was rejected. He couldn't take him to another city school because everyone knows how his dad is. Ge-lawn was the only freshman in Lexington to be a starter and then you complain about your son not getting enough shots something is wrong. For the academic part of it Henry Clay was ranked in the top 10 in the state in academics and in the top 200 in the country, so the reason he is transferring because of academics is bull. hoops yoda give me a holla

I would have to say that Tates Creek should be rated higher than Henry Clay, TC has beaten them twice this year.

I'm pretty sure it is true. I was just wondering how those players were selected?

If I can remeber correctly the allstar team plays a couple of scrimmage games befor they play Ind. Allstars. I thought they play against some of the "best" jr's in the state
