What if Jim Tressell goes to ND.. Kelly to OSU and Charlie Strong to UC?

He had a very strong wind behind him that helped, but needless to say the kid does have a strong leg.

I was sent a text message saying this would happen sometime within the next week. I also was told that Jay Gruden would be the replacement. This is what I was told, not saying its true, therefore I would like to know if its true or false as well.
