Food for Thought: Elizabethtown has 8 wins. The combined record for the 8 teams they defeated is 23-55. Western Hills has 6 wins. The combined record for the 6 teams they defeated is 31-29. I do believe though that although Western Hills has not been in the playoffs for some time that they are battle tested and should be ready to play. It will be a very exciting game. There will likely be a lot of points scored in this one. Best of luck to both teams.

I am a Western Hills fan but I certainly do not support the previous post. At this level I do not find it appropriate to root against a team. Western Hills made some big plays and played very well. Congratulations to them on a big win. That said, Franklin County will improve as the season progresses. I have no doubts that they will be playoff ready. Best of luck to both teams throughout the rest of the season.

Not to get stuck on an issue, but there has to be a certain degree of domination when you keep a team out of the endzone for the entire game. That said, both teams have things to work on. I believe that Grant will go on to win some games this year. It will be an interesting measuring stick for them when they play Anderson this week.

Nice game for the Wolverines. The defense held Grant County to two field goals. Very impressive performance.
