Well in my opinion, Cory Porter is an amazing DB. He has so much potential still and he's only a junior. His coaches underlook him ALOT. I've been to all of the CCHS games and he does not play much. When he gets in though, he really makes a difference. I would guess he has played around 60 or 70 snaps and he has six interceptions. Two games he had a cast on and that really got in his way. Without the cast he has atleast 10 interceptions. Hopefully the coaches see the potential in this kid soon. Whether he plays this year or not his senior year will be one to watch!

Dayton in a close one

Steve Brown from Campbell County, great leader and a great athlete. He returns his senior year as a three year starter.

As much as I would like to see Dayton win, its just not going to happen. Newport big in this one.

1. Highlands 2. Covington Catholic 3. Beechwood 4. Campbell County 5. Simon Kenton 6. Ryle 7. Boone 8. Dixie 9. Newport Central Catholic 10. Newport #4 through #8 are pretty even IMO.

Campbell County is 2-0 they beat Grant County last Monday.

How can be to early for a prediction? Simon Kenton is good yes, but so is Campbell.

It is going to be a dog fight in NKY 4A. Dixie, Boone, Simon, Ryle and Campbell, you can't say one is better than other. Its going to be exciting!

The Camels did win the game, but they lost a starter to injury in the process. It is time for the back ups to step up.
