be nice to me or i'll sick my body guard on you
  1. Two of the three above never coached a down in college football prior to coming to ND. I think that was the biggest problem. I will say Kelly is the hot name now, but he has proven he can win at the college level. I think they have the recruits, just need a good coach.
  2. I think he has done as much as he can at Uc. He goes undefeated and still not playing in the national championship game. He does that at ND and odds are he is playing in the title game.
  3. Black and gold has 50 posts, about 30 of them are telling us how Ncc football has ended, the other 20 are about how the Steelers are going to beat Cincinnati. It's sad.
  4. I guess New Cath making the state game the first two years in their new class wasn't just shy of domination. New Cath was down a bit this year, but they will be back strong next year.
  5. I use the silenced p90 on the smaller maps. I like it.
  6. Camp, play team deathmatch and use cold blooded/ninja. This formula is usually good for a few kills until you get used to the speed. Have your teammate set up behind you to watch your back and just pick off the enemy that run by. After a few kills stay in the same area but find a different hiding spot. When the guy that you killed earlier comes looking for you after he respawns you can kill him again from another angle.
  7. Here you go. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2009/highschool/11/04/no.punting.ap/index.html "Let's take an example. According to his data, a team that takes over the ball at its opponent's 10 or closer has a 92 percent chance of scoring a touchdown. A team that gains possession between its opponent's 40-yard line and its 31 has a 77 percent chance of scoring a touchdown. So, Kelley figures, even if the Bruins fail to convert, he is only increasing his opponents' chances of scoring a TD by 15 percentage points more than if his team got off a decent punt. So why not go for it on fourth-and-8 from your own 6? And, it should be noted, the Bruins convert about 50 percent of the time."
  8. I'll have to look for the article, but while in the waiting room in the doctors office i read a Sports Illistrated article about this topic. They interviewed a high school coach out west(can't remember where) that never punts or kicks field goals, no matter what his field position is. He doesn't even carry a punter/field goal kicker on the roaster. His winning percentage was pretty good and he actually won a state championship a couple years ago. He based this coaching style on a bunch of stats that he had prepared. I thought he was crazy at first, but after looking at the numbers, i almost agree with him.
  9. New England has made a living picking up "cancers". Funny how playing on a winning team will change an attitude. That being said, i dont have a problem signing him for league minimium and putting him out there. Any sign of problems and you cut him.
  10. This is the first time i've actaully heard of an xbox owner sticking up for its quality while putting down Sony. I do think xbox does a good job at getting reconditioned consoles to their customers. Just doing a quick search, there are a few threads about xboxs that fail. I cant find to many complaints about Sony. http://www.bluegrasspreps.com/showthread.php?t=185615&highlight=red+ring http://www.bluegrasspreps.com/showthread.php?t=184099&highlight=red+ring
  11. Have fun sending in for your used 5 and 6th xbox over the next year. I'm still on my original ps3, going on year two now. Not sure about your competition comment. The few times a month i play cod on my brothers xbox, i dont see any difference in competition.

  13. So let me get this straight. The Steelers are coming off a huge win in Denver, playing at home against a heated rival, and you want Bengals fans to take a straight up challenge without the spread? Wow. Its going to be a tough game for the Bengals to win, I'll admit that. That being said, I would take it if you were giving points to the Bengals.
  14. Could be blessing in disguise. Hopefully we can sign him for a cheaper price now.
