We are stuck with rolling Marquis our there for the unforeseeable future, aren't we?

^ Sure seems that way. Maybe at some point the innings limits won't be an issue for Iglesias and he can step in for the rest of the year.

Sad thing is that it does not have to be that way. This is a loser mentality by the Reds to try and sell the public that it is necessary to roll Marquis out there. They should be letting these young guys pitch. It does nothing for the organization to keep Marquis in the rotation.

Isn't Ventura the crazy pyscho pitcher?

Let's see some fireworks! Cueto strikes me as the type that would drill a guy or two if he needs to.

Thats him and to top it off he's the hardest throwing starting pitcher possibly of all time. He threw 545 fastballs above 98 mph last season, a bad combination for a pitcher that has some screws loose. I am excited to see him pitch though as I've only seen his highlights.

Are we talking about the same Cueto that was kicking at guys(didn't he spike Carpenter?) during the Cardinals melee a few years back and completely lost his composure after dropping the ball on the mound against the Pirates? He doesn't have that gene in him, just Chapman on this roster

Possibly but given his lack of control he'd probably miss.

Got through last night without a Reds loss. Good start to the thread!

Cozart in the leadoff spot and swinging like the old Cozart again. 0 for his last 9 and leaving runners on like crazy.
