So you're a Dusty fan? Were you when he was here?

And to be fair, Mes was on base 5 times last night partly because he was HBP twice. Doesnt take a lot of talent for that.

I'm not a Price fan. But if anyone thinks a good or even great manager would make a difference with this pitching staff, they're fooling themselves.

Seven runs in less than 2 innings, pretty sure Homers fast ball has no movement.

Sorry to make it sound like I was bashing you. I'm just fed up with Bryan Price and the way this organization appears to be heading.

Either you haven't been around in Reds threads for long or you don't pay much attention if you think I'm a Dusty fan.

The arguement for keeping Price around has always been he can help develop all the young pitchers. Guess what? That ain't happening. Prcie's mangement of this team sucks.

No Meso catching again today but Hamilton leads off with a double and scores.

I'm sorry but some how, some way Price needs to have Scooter in the lineup everyday until he falls flat on his face. They need to ride him like a donkey.

Would be easy if they trade Cozart.

Do you feel Peraza is the long term answer at ss? Cozart has been really steady at the position and I know he is having a career year at the plate but do you feel he has any real value in return in a trade? How much do you think it would cost the Reds to keep him for say 3 years? Does that even make sense? Phillips' money comes off the books next year and I honestly believe they will entertain trade offers for Mesoraco especially to American league clubs that might show interest, maybe a Toronto. He is due to make $13.125m next year and is a FA the next. Iglesias is signed through 2020 so that only leaves the 2 albatross contracts and they're going to have to live with Bailey's for 2 more years. Votto is actually starting to look cheap given what other MVP candidates will be demanding in the near future.

The Reds tied a team record on Sunday for consecutive games allowing a HR.

spindoc is on vacation. The Reds suck. There's no fear. And also no hope. Worst Reds team in a long long time.

No thread for yesterday's one game series.

No thread so far for the series that starts tonight.

We change leadership and then throw in the towel before the All-Star game?

Manager's been MIA. No one was willing to take the ball over the weekend either.

Go ahead and get us back on track!
