Going to be a brutal second half of the season. Final record may be worse than 2016. No decent starting pitching, worn out bullpen which is becoming less effective as the season goes on, and hitting which, has been a strength up to now, seems to be more inconsistent. Also, coming to the realization that Billy Hamilton will never become a steady lead-off hitter. When you lose 12 out of 13, you're just plain bad.

Before Reds went to LA, Lance said that they should a press conference and announce that Reds are re-signing Price to an extension. Since 1-13. Glad they didn't.

Billy Hamilton 0 for his last 18, in the last 23 games he's 16 for 94 for .170 with .220 obp. Take away the 5-10 in the last 2 Dodger games and he's 11-84 for .130. How much longer do you leave the guy in the leadoff spot? Think there's any correlation to being 1-12 in the last 13 games?

Yes. I heard him say that. If you really looked at their wins in the first half of the season, most came against teams under 500. Good teams, like the Dodgers, Cubs, Brewers, have dominated them. Heck, now they're getting swept by bad teams as well like San Diego. I was really hoping they could finish this season anywhere from 10 under to playing 500 ball, but that was a pipe dream. I'm really expecting next to nothing from Bailey, Finnegan, etc. They're nothing but injury prone pitchers who will add nothing except more frustration.

When Cozart comes back, can they put Peraza in center and leave Gennett at second? Use Hamilton as a defense replacement and pinch runner.

Meso on base 5 times last night. He's sitting today. Bryan Price sucks.

Reds have put two batters on base before Harper and Zimmerman bats both games so far. We have made Goodwin an all star.

Reds walk the batter again and have two on again for Harper and Zimmerman. If Votto played for Nats, he would drive in 150.

Homer has been watching the other pitchers. 71 pitches in two innings and behind 7-0. Reds are a very sorry team right now and the sad thing is this started after sweeping Cards in four.

It's called day game after night game and every manager today does it. Don't like it but they all do it.

This is true but it does not happen every time.
