Reds win a nail-biter, 2-1. First Cincinnati win at Wrigley since July 16th of 2016.

Believe I heard this correctly.....................Reds 2-1 win was the first time in the last 32 Reds/Cubs games that the winner did not score at least 5 runs.

Homer looks to be in mid season form.

Ok, so I was the game tonight and had to turn it off after Homer gave up 5 runs in 3 innings (that is now 25 runs in his last 4 starts plus tonight's start). Flipping thru channels I found an old Elvis movie. Now the question of the night is

what is worse? Elvis' acting or Homers pitching?

Votto streak maybe coming down to last bat. Has hit one to the wall for an out and a line drive to the pitcher. Single in first.

Votto made the last out in the 7th. He may not get another at bat, unfortunately. He's currently 1-4 and the streak is in serious jeopardy.

Unreal, Votto is in the on deck circle & will lead off the top of the 10th, if we get that far.

Only the Reds can finish a game like that crap.

So why do the Reds keep running these hacks out to the mound to give up games?

Wood needs to be shown the door. Guy has not been very good for the Reds when a game is on the line.
