Arroyo career vs Cardinals. 8-17 4.69 ERA

Wacha career vs Reds 6-1 3.07 ERA

Doesn't look good for our Reds today.

O/U On the number of innings Arroyo throws tonight. I'll set it at 4 1/3.

It will be interesting to see if Reed or Stephenson get optioned to Louisville to make room for Arroyo on the roster.

I figured there was a decent chance Reed would throw more innings than Bronson today.

You think so? Then Stephenson or Reed take his spot in the rotation? I guess it's possible, but why even start Davis as the #3 starter to begin the year?

I don't think the minor league season had started yet had it? Maybe that wanted to buy an extra days rest for one of the other guys and get him a start? Or maybe they had planned on that being a short start/ bullpen day.

Reds select contract of RHP Bronson Arroyo (#61) and option to Louisville RHP Barrett Astin.

Not sure why you give Hamtilon and Peraza off days on the same day.
