    Reds at Cardinals (8/30 - 9/1)

With last night's rainout. That gives the two teams back-to-back double headers today and tomorrow.

Plus then the Reds play at 2pm back home on Monday.

Bauer gives up four runs in the first inning by hanging curve ball after curve ball. Blew a fastball right past Goldschmidt and then threw nothing but curve balls to the next four hitters who all got hits.

Cards up 4-2. Suarez with another first inning Home Run.

And to add icing to the cake, Bauer groves Molina for a Home Run. This game is over.

After he hit those 3 homers in one game and Pirates called him out about watching them, he has been terrible.

Might not be considered a big hit, but Votto with a solo shot.

Gray has given up 4 runs or less in ALL 26 of his starts this year and only won 10 of those games??? WOW!!!!
AND he’s only given up 4 runs in THREE of those starts!!
    Just WOW!!

And another no decision for Gray after another outstanding outing, what a shame!!
I don’t think Iglesias is interested in anything but his own stats, just a hit away from loss #11 for him, just unreal, your closer leading the staff in losses, just unreal!!

Iglesias would be to the DL rest of the year. I have watched him cost this team at least 10 wins. He would be traded in the off season. Don’t want to be here anyway.

I remember one our analytics fans saying a year or so ago that spending money on a quality closer was a waste of money. He said that you can do it by committee. Well a solid closer on this team that could go one or two innings to close out games, would have this team in contention this year.

Saw that the Reds lead the majors with walk offs against. And yes they would be if we had a closer in my opinion.

Is Walter Matthau available to manage this team?? Not only do you drop a perfect throw then you kick it down the right field line so Molina can score!!! They just take turns finding ways to lose, done it all year, from Bell all the way down!!

Eddings is HORRIBLE, both ways, terrible strike calls on Mahle and Van Meter, then Mikolas had Votto struck 2 times!! He’s just awful!!
