    I can't say that he'll be in the lineup for the next 100 games, but he will be on the roster because of it. With Meso gone, there's simply no one that can come off the bench with that type of threat. Goesslin and Pennington didn't have it. Neither does Blandino, Ervin, Herrera, Cruz...nobody else does. You can say what you will about his RBI's (and you'd be right) over the past 2 years. But, you can't take away the home runs.

    Happened a couple of years ago with the Giants. Posey batted out of order.
