My understanding they have already offered that making his the highest signing bonus since the bonus pool restrictions went into effect in 2012. He just hasn't signed it yet. Not sure what he wants.
But if he doesn't sign, the Reds still would get the #3 pick next year. But no way he plays amateur ball for at least another year.Advertisement
