We can get as mad as we want at the bullpen, but how many times did we have guys in scoring position late in the game and no one could come up with the clutch hit to get them in? Too many.

Lineup for today, looks like Mr. Bruce is getting a much needed day off and again no Mesoraco. Not sure who is making these calls, but Mesoraco situation has been a blunder since it started:

    Hamilton, B, CF
    Votto, J, 1B
    Frazier, T, 3B
    Phillips, B, 2B
    Boesch, B, RF
    Byrd, M, LF
    Cozart, Z, SS
    Pena, B, C
    DeSclafani, A, P

The Cardinals make the moves when they need to to get better. Cards don't put up with guys no performing in the bullpen and guys not producing. Reds just won't make any moves and are happy with older guys that can't get the job done. This is why Cards win every year and beat the snot out of us every series.

Cardinals have a manager that can keep his composure, and not lose it when the going gets a little tough. Bottom line is St. Louis is a much better organization than Cincinnati. I'm extremely jealous of that organization and how they run things. It makes me wish I was a Cardinals fan.

And even with all that has happened, if the Reds win the next 2 versus the Cubs they move into second place.

And if I lose 140 lbs I'll weigh 200. Neither one is happening.

That's nice, but they're always looking at the Cardinal's backside.

Wouldn't that depend on what the Pirates do since they are ahead of the Reds as well?

No reason for him to be in the lineup right now at all.

Will Price make it through the entire season?

    I hope not.

Really hope they give Larkin a shot at the job if he wants it after this season.

If Larkin could bring the fire that Sweet Lou had I would be all for it. I worry he would be too much of a player's manager, and I believe we've seen too much of that.
