Did this kid Bodenhop or whatever his name is kill it in Arizona?
    13.50 ERA in 7 IP...

    18 hits and 11 ER

So pretty much the worst RP in ST.

On the plus side, maybe we can get Price fired.

Badenhop is 32. A seven year veteran. Had a 2.29 ERA in 70 games last year with the Red Sox.

I didn't see him enough last year to know for sure but he looks to be just like LeCure ... good pitcher in the past who has just lost velocity. Badenhop's K/9 innings have gone down each of the last 4 years.

I would rather see Walt fired. Seriously. He put this mess together. I guarantee you he is the one sticking Gregg and Badenhop in the pen and telling Price to make it work. Walt doesn't want to look bad and eat any salary with the budget so tight.

That's a game competent mangers win teams the game. It is a fire able offense to have BP hit and not lay a bunt down there

    Just like last season,
    Phillips can't bunt
Bruce's batting average around 160ish before tonight He was 0 for 5 with 3 K's tonight.

Marlon Bird can't hit or catch as I stated last week He had two hits tonight but his batting average before tonight was 116. Agree with a lot of folks on here, if the ball lands in the glove and Byrd drops it, it's not a double. Mezo strikes out again, why is he pinch hitting at all?

Speaking of doubles, is Brian Price hitting the bar before going to the game? Maybe he is drinking the drink that is called liquid marijuana. Just heard about this drink it's lime green and it looks like Gatorade.( Ya know, it could be.)

The biggest and best part of the game was seeing David Ross standing at 2nd base, driving in 3 runs in the top of the 11th while missing the grand slam by about 5 feet. His BA is also in the 115 area. Then Travis Wood gets a broken bat hit that leads to another run for the Cubbies.

Price got out coached tonight. Reds had runners on 1st and second with no outs, they let Phillips hit the double play ball.

Same senereo, the Cubs used the double steal. Reds were so surpised they didn't even make a throw.

17 games in and I have the feeling this season is already over unless something major happens. That was some bad baseball last night. Laughing stock with all the situations that they just made a mess out of.

I'm officially done with the Reds this year. They are just good enough to get you excited now and then (eg: win 4 in a row to open the season and 3 in a row in Milwaukee). However, there is no way this team can make the playoffs...even if Votto hits .350 with 35 bombs and 120 RBI. The starting rotation is average to below average (and when Cueto is traded, it becomes below average real fast). The bullpen may be the worst in baseball even though they have maybe the best closer in baseball). The outfield is the worst hitting outfield in baseball and among the worst I have ever seen. Bruce is just awful. Phillips is a mere shadow of what he used to be. I don't think Sparky Anderson could lead this team very far but Price is just terrible (and I was happy when they hired him - boy was I wrong).
