    Not a bad showing from the kid. Kept the game close and battled. Made some big pitches and left some pitches out over the plate. He's got some nice stuff to work with and will only continue to get better. Considering he was a collegiate outfielder/closer just a few years ago it's pretty amazing to have him already making his big league debut as a starting pitcher.

    I think he'll be alright. He gave them what Homer would have given them today.

    Not sure. But considering Meso apparently can only pinch hit and can't play any other position you are carrying 24 players and a limited DH.

    No issues with Lorenzen's performance at all. Just needs to get a little more efficient.
