    2) Why the holy heck is Winker not getting every day playing time?
Bad enough to play him, but why in world would you ever bat him 2nd?

Chase Anderson has held LHB to a .202/.275/.353 line over the last 3 seasons. Only Kluber, Strasburg, and Verlander better among RH SP.

The Reds have a few decent infield and outfield prospects. In the Outfield you have Siri, Trammell, Friedl, Aquino, Herrera to go along with Winker. Hopefully one of these guys can be the CF of the future. One of the infielder options below could also possible be an option to move to CF.

In the infield you have Senzel, Long, Peraza (to early to give up on) to go along with Suarez. I think Senzel and Long are legit prospects, Senzel obviously is but they both play 2B.

There’s also Dilson Herrera who is still young, was once a top prospect and already has a taste of MLB, not sure why he is in A+ right now. I know he’s had an injured past but he seems good finally.

I get it's a bad matchup. But that stat line would be an improvement over Hamilton and/or Duvall.

Trying to protect him and let him see a few more fastballs by having the threat of Votto behind him. Thing is, it's not just breaking balls that are getting him out. Heck, after last night, the pitcher can throw a 58 foot fastball and he'll swing at it.

Reds going to have to come from behind again tonight. Homer gives up 2 big bombs in the first. Down 3-0 before they get to bat.

Homer, you just got bailed out. Peraza lead off single, stolen base...Votto RBI single...Suarez 2 run HR. Tied 3-3 heading to 2nd.

Duvall with two K’s already. Both with runners in scoring position. Herrera with his first big league hit.
