    Former Campbell County Camels Myers and Fausz in the NCAA Tourney

    Two former Campbell Co. students, Austin Myers '15 (University of Missouri) and Sean Fausz "14 (NC State) will be wrestling in the NCAA Championships!

    Congratulations to both young men and good luck in the tournament!

    Fausz - At Large Bid - Wrestling at 125lbs - 25-6 Season Record - ACC Opens up against Shakur Laney from Ohio with a record of 25-6 on Thursday AM.

    Myers - At Large Bid - Wrestling at 285 (HVYWGT) - 15-13 Season Record - MAC Opens against Cody Crawford from Oregon State with a record of 22-7 on Thursday AM.

    Tournament begins today through Saturday.

    Top 8 in each weight class will be designated All American

    Sean having a great year thus far for the Wolfpack. Wrestling at 125lb Sean recently beat the #3 wrestler in the nation at a Dual Match in Naples, Italy. Looking forward to a strong finish from Sean this year....he has a very good chance to finish as an All-American.

    Just curious, what is the criteria to be considered All American ? I hope Sean attains that status, just didn't know what the standards were

    I believe it is based on how you finish at Nationals.

    The top 8 finishers at the NCAA tourney are recognized as All-Americans.

Top
