Default Cross Country....Trinity meet in Louisville at Tom Sawyer park

Big meet with some primetime performers in attendance.

Cross Country is a brutal sport, check out some of the beyond the finish line photos.

And it was a pleasant day.

On a related note, is it just me or is the KTCCCA site notoriously slow this year in posting results? Is kymilesplit the place to go these days?

I was at a much smaller meet in Somerset, KY yesterday. Saw the pictures of the Carmel, IN. running powerhouse. That school has 4400 students. They are so strong in every sport--academics too.

Jv event yesterday had Carmel runners with at least 12 or more in the top 20
