I have seen more college coaches at this tournament than other exposure events my daughter had attended. There are teams from everywhere, Alaska, Hawaii, California just to name a few. This is a once in a lifetime experience to get to see what a beautiful country we live in and play against teams from all over the country.
The tournament held by Triple Crown Sports was the original Fireworks tournament held in Boulder. I used to play in it every year. I remember when this tournament moved to Aurora. Even though it was a great tournament it lost some of it's luster because it was spread over 4 - 5 parks in Aurora and most coaches would just stay at Olympic park because it took so long to go to all of the locations where as in Boulder Stazio was centrally located to the other fields. The one that is now in Boulder is the better of the 2 tournaments however, both tournaments are great competition.
It is beautiful country there. When I played there I remember just looking at the mountains in the background thinking are those painted or are they for real? They were just beautiful. I am hoping to get up there in the next couple of years to watch it again as I have not been up there since my dad stop coaching the Cobras out of Houston about 10 years ago!

Any chance you might be taking your Big Green Friend with you to enjoy the action? This might be the perfect way for you two to "bury the hatchet" and become BFF.
