Boone County- unavailable, all though I believe Saner had 31pts.

SK shot 57.4% from the field, including 46.7% behind the arc, and 13-15 from the stripe.

Seems as if Simon is giving up more points than they usually do? Looks like they shot it well!

Some SK opponents will run with SK, others will hold the ball for 3 minutes on every possession. Depends on personnel, match ups and strategy.

Highlight of the game was the pre-game event.

This was a fund raiser for Special Needs Education at SK in memory of Brittany Depew who was a student at SK who passed in 2012. Very strong turnout by the community for this event. Makes me proud to be a Pioneer!

Even though I didn't go to SK, I have lived in Independence for the last 18yrs and I am very proud of my community.

Paul and Jillian Daugherty's speeches before the game were awesome; simply moving. The SK Adaptive Guard brought the house down. Nice to see the Lady Pioneer Program get behind this program; just an awesome night.
