    Yeagle officially resigns at Beechwood

Ending one of the great runs in KY High School football. 15 seasons, 8 Class A titles and 3 Class A Runner ups (11 Championship appearances in 15 seasons...AMAZING) Best of Luck in whatever you do, coach.

A great coach making a graceful exit from a great program. Elvis has left the building.

No offense, but he's not "a great coach," he's THE greatest coach in Kentucky high school football history, no one will ever come close to matching him

The Jaggers family may disagree with you on that one.

Not to discredit his great accomplishment; but that's one of those things that could be debated forever. I wish him well.

I doubt 11 Finals in 15 Years will ever be matched outside of X and T...

I think building four different programs from next to nothing and winning multiple state titles at two of them could compete with that.

You're comparing one stop to a career over decades...

No. I was replying to Fritz's claim of Yeagle being the "best ever" and that "no one coming close to matching him." I disagree.

That said, what Yeagle did year in and year out was remarkable in building one program to an elite status for 20+ years.

But it's premature to call him the "best ever"

I may have missed something, but I haven't seen anything in print, nor in these forums, actually stating Yeagle submitted his resignation to the school. Can anyone confirm his letter of resignation has been received by school administrators?

So who takes over the duties?
    Burnett?
    Hergott?
    Rash?
