Why? Why would Central give up home field advantage? Make X go to the scrappy snake pit full of Central fans, just like McDonalds "I'm lovin' it."

If your scared to play on turf and you need home field advantage to win your never going to be state champs...

Theres no "your" to it. I'm not even a Central fan. That's just a blanket statement, sorry dude, tough crap. If you got home field advantage you should take it, theres no superior reasoning behind it. Besides, if X is just that tough, it shouldn't matter them (X) which field it's played on right?

Sure doesn't. We gave up home field advantage to play at Papa Johns in the semis last year.

My only comment is that a semifinal game should not be determined by the condition of a playing surface. Too much is at stake.

Nothing wrong with the playing surface at WC, just limited seating.

It's called home field advantage. Wherever they think best suits them and their fans. The visitors comforts should not be much of a consideration IMO. I would play the game on my home turf if it was me. If they loose, it's some of these kids last game. If my seniors were going to go out, I would want it to be on our own field. Period.

Given their speed, wouldn't the turf actually favor Warren Central slightly?

I would rather play on a surface that is most conducive to my team winning!!!!(Like Dixie should have played Boone at Beechwood last year).

I guess we will hear the New England Patriots lobby for all post season games to be played outdoors with snow, hot chocolate, coffee and hand warmers available to all. I hope you can hear how this sounds to all us less fortunate folks. :fire:

Is WC planning on bringing in extra bleachers like John Hardin did last Friday Night?

The St. X faithful filled up every available seat in the temporary bleachers they brought in for the larger than capacity crowd that came out to watch.

I heard from a friend of mine at Warren Central that all of the bleachers from the baseball and soccer fields have been moved down and placed around the field, should make for a little more room and should help accomadate many more of the St. X fans
