    I'm no construction estimator, but I'm pretty sure just the concrete for a facility like this, assuming it would be of any size at all, will cost at least $20,000 itself.

    Just saw that Pikeville has opened a really nice new indoor practice facility. They have a short video checking out the facility HERE on Twitter. The Panthers also opened a really swanky-looking new locker room for their 2018 football season.

    Thought I'd give this thread a bump to see if we can get an idea of exactly how many high school football programs around Kentucky actually have the benefit of a fieldhouse/indoor practice facility.

    Anyone have any idea the different ways these were funded? I know some places that aren’t considered rich districts that have very nice athletic facilities. I’m very interested in the different processes the districts/teams took.

    Indoors seem to have become the new trendy thing. They don’t seem overly expensive, depending on what you’re looking for, but I can also see how one could persuade the Board to approve the project as indoors can benefit a large amount of the student population, not just the football players.
