^ LSU speaks the truth.... what a bonehead thing to do at any stadium, much less the ROCK. The "gansta" approach at the T, and shall we say...extra activity, was meant to intimidate I suppose..... can you say "backfire"? HC must have left their game on the bus cause they sure didn't bring it to the field. I feel sorry for the "good" kids on the team.... too bad their coaches allowed the thugdom approach. HC got what they deserved, a good butt kicken' 41-20.... it wasn't even that close.
P.S. In my humble opinion, whoever painted the stripe on their helmets used too wide a brush!

On to the real business at hand... AWESOME JOB ROCKS. Hats off to the defense for shutting down an offense that had been labeled as good. O-line.... dominated. Offense ran like 73 plays....WOW! Rushing game..... sweet job. Special teams... great effort (fake punt was a dandy). Congrats on a total team effort!

Coach Beatty should send HC's coach a thank you note.
HC had a number of good skill kids but it wasn't enough tonight. HC had a pretty good offense but made too many errors. Their defense was not prepared for Trinity's offense. Too precise, too many options, too much speed.
I was their tonight and Sam Simpson lost this game for his players in every since of the game. From the dancing on the T to throwing a fade to #26 in the endzone that was picked off by Trinity. Rod Johnson ran the ball well but it was too bad Coach Simpson thought throwing the ball would be better. The better coached team won tonight and the coaching battle was a blowout for Trinity. I feel sorry for some of the Henry Clay players that their coaching staff was not up to par in a game this big.

Hats off to Trinity you were the better team tonight and you deserve to be in the State Championship game.

You're way to humble! The lighting never helped me...I still cut heads off..stay out of focus....take pictures of my thumbs...etc..

Nice win for the Shamrocks. I liked Henry Clay until the finals, but I should have known better than to pick against a team like Trinity.

    Good luck next week!
