    Lloyd only lost one offensive lineman, gained a qb transfer from Ryle and returning RB. They will surprise alot of teams just like they did NCC last year.

    I say Walton looks to be the favorite. The seniors of this group have been very successful. With the addition of a couple junior starters on both sides of the ball, I see this Walton team to be hard to beat.

    On this one occasion, @rjs4470, I agree with you. Last year, I sat at a table at a football banquet with a former AD and coach of Walton/Verona and asked him why they weren't in the NKAC and he explained it but I can't remember what he said.

    Glad I could clear that up.

    Well if you're taking over the NKY football contest this season...they definitely are a NKY team

    (Although the NKY contest also includes 2A programs in Carroll County, Gallatin County, Trimble County, and Owen County.)
