So which part of last year's game did he miss? It's practically the same Cincy X team with more experience and a QB, 2 RBs and a WR who all run sub 4.5 40-yd dashes. That's not even including the new sophomores and juniors on varsity. Cincy X is reloaded and playing teams like Colerain, Ben Davis IN, Indy Cathedral IN, Warren Central IN and Brentwood Acad TN. That right there is tough competition already. Then add in Cleve St. Iggy and the GCLS. Cincy X will be well prepared for Lou X.

What I laughed at is how you gave Cincy X their credit but dismissed Lou X. That's what I laughed at.

I've seen a less talented Lou X squad beat a far more talented Cincy X. As far as who returns who, Lou X is right there with Cincy X. Play calling should be dramatically improved , so Lou X will be ready for Cincy X as well.

I think the Tigers will be better based on what appears to be a very good senior class next year. The difference in playcalling will be interesting. A change in staff, and maybe attitude and outlook makes the season interesting.

I don't think that you fellas from Cincy X know just how good Lou X will be next year. From what I hear they hired some guy named Vince Bo Bear Woody Wolford as their new coach. They will be so good next year that they won't even have to use players. The other team will look accross the field and see that coach and just forfeit on the spot.

Look, the Bombers lost one RB to injury two years ago and could not get it done on Paul M Young Field versus an average St. Xavier squad. The Bombers cannot afford to take this game for granted. Of course, if the Tigers prevail, the Bombers may decide to decline future encounters. The Bombers may even buyout the contract and invite Simon Kenton to Tom Tallaban Field.

What field? And I don't think the Cincy Lou X is in any jeopardy of not continuing.

Nochristmastree is referring to the old St. X football field. The one that only hosted if memory serves me right 1 varsity game. Paul M. Young field was the sight for some great JV and Freshmen games!

I follow Coach Wolford on twitter and a tweet from him this morning; is St. X doing morning workouts?

Every Friday morning for the past 2 months they have had morning workouts. Military instructors and other workout specialists have been special guests to lead the workouts. Coach W knows a lot of people and are pulling all the strings to whip this team into shape. We'll see how this works come spring practice time!

Yeah, that 7-3 loss to the Tigers was kind of unexpected in 2011 for a Bomber team that went to the state semis in Ohio before abadonding the only gameplan that was scoring them points. That runningback was the workhorse of the running game. He's all St. X had besides a sophomore, who was no Hundley. I also know the starting QB was in and out of the game for various injury-related reasons. There was no depth. Once a starter was out, it was over for that position.

This game is usually a very hard fought game on both sides.

They can't; that is why the Tigers are going undefeated. See how that works?!?!
