First let me say Spencer was big physical team. They played to the whistle and made the plays the needed to win.

As for FHS, first and formost I made a poor call that cost us field position. I take full blame for putting the guys in a tough spot. But we still had a chance to win.

FHS came out flat and didn't play with any effort and found themselves down 10-0 after the first period. FHS got it together in the second quarter and went to half time with a 12 - 10 lead. FHS controled the 3rd quarter and lead by 10 going into the 4th quarter. Then the wheels fell off. Too many kids just watching and not playing. To many stupid mistakes. Chance to seal the game and we have a false start.

To many injuries tonight. Looks like FHS might have lost another senior starter for the season. Will be the 3rd kid in a month.

    two things that cost FHS
    1. mental mistakes
    2. Depth

Eh..you win some, you lose some..but you live to fight another day.

Frankfort needs to work on tackling. Too many players 'scared' to make the play.

Frankfort did a good job though fighting and fighting, in the end it was just how the cookie crumbles, Coach B no need to blame yourself, you wasn't playing haha.

Anyways, fellas get mentally prepared for Hills....don't let this loss ponder in your heads and get you all beat down and feeling as if you all are not "good". Because you're far from not good, talent is tremendously great, just need to want it. Want it bad enough. 3 starting seniors gone, it's time to show them what you can do to make them see We can win.

Was this considered an upset? With all of Frankfort's injuries, will this open the door for all of the other teams in that district(Bracken,Trimble,Eminence) or is Frankfort still the leader? Thanks.

IMO FHS is still the leader. The probelm now is lack of Leadership. There is no Quan to get them going so they spent the 1st and 4th quarters looking for someone to take the lead.
