I would suggest you wait for the status of injuries before predicting.

From what I gather Somerset runs the ball pretty well and the passing game isn't necessarily high completion percetage driven but is high in average yards per catch.

On defense it seems that they do give up some yardage on the ground and in the air but do not give up a lot of scores and create turnovers.

Will NCC come back and play at Newport or will they continue to play at Holmes?

Maybe they'll play at Highlands this time?

What about at Beechwood? Then they can at least have one win there. JUST KIDDING!

NCC by at least a few TD.

Keep the "Jumpers" away from the bridge. Karma has a way of evening itself out. Prop 20 sounds like a good margin of victory...

Walking out and listening to the Somerset radio announcers, they sound confident, and that is good. Somerset makes their first trip to NKY, where I can't remember when a region 4 won up there. Middlesboro won at home in 98, and I don't think any region 4 team has won since at least 1990. It is a tough place to play. Somerset can't have the turnovers and like they did against Paintsville. This is a different animal, Somerset will have to play their best game of the year, if they want to advance to Louisville. There passing game was off against Paintsville it will have to be on against NCC. NCC is a very balance team, so the Somerset defense will need to be on their toes. I think if Somerset is still in the game at halftime, they will have a chance.

I think the Briarjumpers have a legitimate chance..They gave Danville all they wanted for 3 qtrs and then the Ads took it to em in the 4th...I think they have learned from games like that thrughout the year and are better now then at that point in the season..Offensively, they have enough skilled athletes to put points on the board, so, there key to victory will be if there defense can rise up and play better then they've played all year and getting some key turnovers...Thats alot to hope for, so, i'm going to go with NCC in a pretty high scoring game...40-27
