    Find a guy that can play in the middle like Thurza did. Other team had to account for him when running a play. "How we gonna block Thurza?" He also brought toughness in the running game. I can hear the DC of their opponent talking to his players about stopping him when he runs, "Don't run away, square up, and keep low. No, don't run away, gang tackle."
